· Developed Salesforce development solutions for lightning LWC/Aura and visualforce on the sales, service and experience (communities) clouds using VS Code, Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, Batch Apex, Scheduled Jobs, SOQL, SOSL, and Custom Objects, Salesforce DX CLI, Salesforce CLI, Data Loader, Workbench, REST and Postman.· Developed a REST integration with Zendesk’s incremental ticketing api.· Developed implementations of Conga CLM, Foundation Connect/philanthropy cloud and transitioned these from VisualForce to Lightning using JavaScript, XML, HTML and JavaScript.· Created Technical Design Write-ups in JIRA, Git Pull Requests on BitBucket, Gearset CI/CD jobs, Unit Test Code Coverage, QA Testing Plans, Architecture runway plans, SDLC revisions and User Training Plans.

· Developed Agile Salesforce solutions for business workflow & analytics requirements in partnership with the scrum team, PO, and stakeholders to map Vroom requirements to Salesforce capabilities with a bias for using built-in capabilities in lieu of custom development where possible using JIRA and Bitbucket. · Developed REST integrations pertaining to customer service and helped move the development team to bitbucket and Salesforce DX/VS Code.· Lead the VisualForce to Lightning transition using Apex Code, SOQL, SOSL, XML, HTML and JavaScript.

· Designed, developed, and maintained complex Apex and Visualforce applications for the member self-service portal, which was built using Salesforce Sites, JavaScript, and jQuery.· Developed specifications, user stories, and designs in an organization transitioning from Water-Scrum-Fall to Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).· Developed GIT branching, versioning standards, and CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Enterprise, CloudBees Jenkins, Red Hat Ansible, JFrog Artifactory, HashiCorp Consul, and CyberArk. These were run on AWS and utilized Apache Groovy, Bash, and Python for deploying applications in Salesforce, MuleSoft, LAMP, Pega, TruCare, and .NET.

· Developed, upgraded, and enhanced the company’s order management system on Salesforce Sales Cloud and Skuid, utilizing Asynchronous/Synchronous Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, Scheduled Jobs, Skuid pages, JavaScript, jQuery, and libraries that are scalable within the platform’s limits.· Worked with the company’s technology vendors to develop specifications and integrate services such as the WordPress-based eCommerce site, fabric vendors, QuickBooks, Stripe, Workato, and others with Salesforce using REST and SOAP web services.· Served as a backup Salesforce Administrator and provided backup IT support to augment the services of a third party.

· Gathered business requirements to develop and maintain Salesforce applications and reports.· Developed and maintained both legacy and new interfaces between various internal and external systems, such as Dun & Bradstreet, RiskCalc, and TimeValue, with Salesforce. This was achieved by leveraging the full capabilities of the Salesforce API, REST, and SOAP web services (implementations are available on GitHub).· Developed financial-specific Salesforce features using Salesforce Classic, Visualforce, HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery, jQuery Mobile, among others.

· Developed and managed the creation and distribution of alerts and event emails using Adobe Dreamweaver, HTML5, NetBeans, and Tikit eMarketing, integrated with LexisNexis InterAction.· Fulfilled requests for InterAction reports, Tikit mailing analytics, and other data-related inquiries.· Created several time-saving Java applications using NetBeans. · Developed and supported a PDF-based opportunity management system for Salesforce.com, utilizing CSS, the Force.com Eclipse IDE, HTML, Visualforce, and Apex Classes.· Provided technical support across the US for issues related to Salesforce.com and other IT concerns.· Developed marketing campaigns using Adobe Flash, CSS, HTML, JavaScript, and Silverlight within Visual Studio.· Created dashboards and Salesforce reports to provide relevant sales data.
