Remote teams face challenges coordinating between time zones and sometimes cultural communication differences as well. With these challenges in mind, I have found the greatest threat to any team is insufficient communication and have been working to learn how to most effectively share knowledge between teams and team members. At Dark Frequency I was building a variety of software and web applications in an environment where the project would be completely different every three to six months. I was rapidly introduced to new clients and technologies and thrived in the fast moving environment.I started this role in a Junior position and was constantly looking for the next challenge or anyplace I could help. After proving myself to the team I was promoted to the position of Software Engineer.
