I'm working in C#, .NET, Python, SQL, and Snowflake, creating and modifying applications as a part of the Automated Fulfillment Team.Prior to that, I spent many years working for a spring manufacturer where I designed and created all the systems that were used in each of the three divisions of the company. I started with a company that did nearly everything by hand, and I turned them into a completely automated organization.After that company was sold and the Pittsburgh office was closed, I began working as an independent consultant, I met with clients, discussed their needs, and helped them to get from wherever they were to wherever they wanted to be.While I enjoyed my time working independently, there wasn't enough opportunity to grow. So, I've made a return to the 9-5 world with UPMC, which has turned out to be a great decision for me. I'm very much enjoying the ways in which I'll be able to grow my career here.Outside of the office, I continue to learn new and interesting technologies on my own, in order to stay ahead of the curve.
