• Provide network support and perform troubleshooting to resolve various WAN/LAN connectivity issues• Work closely with the network support team for operational support, tasks, and projects• Maintenance and management of Active Directory Server, Microsoft Exchange Server, SIP Server, Sage Server, SuiteCRM and other domain control functions• Perform configuration and troubleshooting of Cisco & Huawei routing/switching platforms• Diagnose and execute resolution for all network and server issues and also perform overall development and maintenance of computer systems, server upgrades, and operating systems• Perform virtual machine provisioning, VM priority setup, and system cloning• Ensure system functionality and backup for network-related equipment• Provide detailed information on hardware and software products so that appropriate stakeholders could make suitable purchasing decisions• Research and read up on new and unfamiliar technologies(e.g G-PON Technology) for quick and effective adoption• Collaborate on network development, implementation, and maintenance of routers, switches, VPN, NAC, and WAN optimization• Set up PRTG Network Monitoring Server for monitoring and classifying system conditions like bandwidth usage or uptime and collecting statistics from miscellaneous hosts such as switches, routers, servers and other devices and applications• Review technical specifications from clients and vendors to confirm adequacy, accuracy, and functionality• Configure and performed troubleshooting with routing and switching protocols, including BGP, OSPF, MPLS, etc
