◼Led the migration of Siemens Web Framework and Active Workspace off of RequireJS and onto Webpack 4. This allowed for more optimal JS bundling, support for ES6+ syntax, and prepared the move from AngularJS to a modern framework such as React/Vue/Angular.◼Developed and led core features for the creation of Siemens Web Framework's data grid component, which proved to be significantly more performant than AngularJS UI Grid component, which was being used previously.◼Achieved performance gains in the new grid component by focusing on minimal DOM reflows, implementing column and row virtualization, and the use of native DOM manipulation.◼Completed the migration of 100+ instances of the UI Grid component to the Siemens Web Framework's grid component within a span of 3 months. Efficiently worked with each instance's owners to streamline the migration and ensure equivalent features were added to the new grid component when needed.

◼Individually developed a dashboard application in Angular, which gave the Intern Department’s new capabilities to track current and historical metrics on the intern program. This led to better analysis of recruiting efforts and the intern program's effectiveness.◼Led the design and implementation of new features for the GE Aviation Intern Program's websites and tools.

◼Learned the role of Security Analyst and how to identify suspicious activity in Employee Exit Reports.◼Developed a dashboard for analyzing the effectiveness of the Employee Exit Report’s risk scoring algorithm. Implemented with PHP and JavaScript.◼Redesigned the Employee Exit Report web page by implementing an API to populate the report dynamically with data in a SQL database. Utilized JavaScript, Bootstrap, and CSS styling to modernize the page layout.

◼Built a customizable dashboard application that allowed users to monitor scrum metrics based on data in Rally, GitHub, and SonarQube. Implemented with AngularJS and Spring Boot. ◼Automated the granting of default access to projects for all users in the organization’s Rally workspace, by developing and deploying a scheduled Ruby script in Jenkins.◼Served as a member on the Agile Council and contributed solutions for product owners and scrum masters to better track team progress via the creation of custom Rally apps and scripts. Implemented with Ruby and JavaScript.

◼Independently created new internal and external websites in Angular, which enhanced the communication flow of the GE Aviation Intern program to intern managers and interns by delivering an effective UI and UX.◼Analyzed the Intern Department's processes to identify areas for automation. Created several VBA macros for Excel, which drastically reduced time spent building reports.◼Improved data record management by migrating all intern records to a new database and training the Intern department on new features to improve their productivity.

◼Designed and implemented a load testing application that would automatically boot and run on 20 physically connected PCs, to evaluate the performance and reliability of the company's aircraft simulation software. Utilized C#.◼Authored and improved existing unit tests to verify that the simulation software requirements were being satisfied for newly supported aircraft. Utilized C++.

◼Effectively improved identification of invalid imported data by creating the UI and Back-End functionality for the team's data validation tool utilizing C# and WPF.◼Conducted QA testing on software to ensure requirements were satisfied and changes were bug free.
