• Oversees the creation, implementation and management of a comprehensive, fully trackable, CRM-enabled digital marketing strategy aligned to the specific business goals of the seven-hospital Mount Sinai Health System (MSHS).• Devises integrated digital and social media strategies that meet pre-defined segmented revenue growth and audience awareness goals of Mount Sinai’s clinical, academic and research offerings.• Leads, develops, and retains a high-performance management team.• Directs the creation of campaign-specific content strategy—informed by audience research, competitive landscape assessment, brand positioning analysis, and patient-journey exercises—with key performance indicators and dashboard reporting built into each. • Identifies emerging growth strategies, focusing on patient acquisition and physician referral key performance indicators.• Manages full-thickness digital campaign creation (SEM, display, in-app, paid social, etc.), analytics, user experience, SEO, quality assessment, digital creative, and development efforts, incorporating best practices and leading-edge ideas into each.• Provides enterprise-wide strategic insights into developing digital and social trends, aligning each with specific customer engagement and acquisition goals. • Oversees brand execution across the health system’s full digital landscape.• Develops and manages strategic partnerships and vendor relationships to complement internal capabilities. • Supervises the planning and development of the overall annual supplies, compensation and capital budgets for the health system’s central marketing department.• Oversees all marketing efforts, both digital and traditional, for Mount Sinai Doctors Faculty Practice.• Supervises all marketing efforts, both digital and traditional, for the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai.• Oversees the review of all purchase orders, contract terms and conditions, pricing, and proposal preparation and submission for all of Marketing.
