Designed and expressed novel dual receptor agonists for two oncology projects (Progenitopoietin and Super EPO) using permutein technology. Developed novel protocol for high throughput plasmid construction, resulting in delivery of over 350 characterized permutein constructs in less than 4 months. One of these constructs was selected for scale up in Phase II clinical trials. Engineered a novel Flt3/G-CSF chimeric receptor. Led group responsible for automated DNA sequencing support. Standardized site-wide format for documentation of biological constructs for regulatory submission. Characterized goat antisera raised against peptides designed from a set of potential OA markers identified by data mining.
