Founded and led a boutique technology and cybersecurity consultancy that developed strategies and technology for utilities and other clients. Our largest client was Austin Energy, who engaged us for a big data, analytics, and data warehouse implementation sponsored by top utility executives. Firm had a particularly good track record in data warehouse and predictive analytics projects at scale. Consistently engaged by the Center for Digital Government, a trusted think tank on government innovation, to write thought leadership whitepapers and provide keynote addresses at major conferences.

Led 125 people in operations of the world’s largest self-funded e-Government portal to a total of 829 online services, 83 million financial transactions, and $5 billion of revenue collected.
