B2B System Integration with Lucent Technologies - SAP v4.6B system architect responsible for providing full supply chain automation between Jabil SAP and Lucent Oracle ERP systems using an Extricity to WebMethods XML software linkage.- Architected program and process flow between Lucent and Jabil to meet all business requirements.- Developed detailed functional and technical BAPI designs and SAP configuration to support sales order processing, order acknowledgement, ship notice, and invoice B2B threads. - Determined and implemented system and process enhancements necessary to support the B2B solution, including drop-shipments, serialization, real-time ATP, component-level production planning, and product variants in SAP.SAP 4.6B Upgrade and APO Analysis - Responsible for the Production Planning module 4.6 system test including Demand Management, MRP, backflushing, graphical planning tables, capacity planning tables, and SD integration.- Implemented new GUI transactions in 4.6 to optimize user transaction processing time.- Determined the delta in MM and PP functionality between 3.1H and 4.6B systems, implementing new features in capacity planning.- Researched advanced production planning features, strategic network distribution planning, web marketplace capabilities, system architecture, and interface parameters of SAP Advanced Planner and Optimizer (APO).SAP Purchasing Process - Led taskforce responsible for overhauling the current purchasing process in SAP that did not support order confirmations, individual purchase order EDI transmissions, nor the ability to successfully buy components in a tightly allocated market.- Developed and configured the new procurement process using contracts and individual PO’s, scalable to web input of order confirmations.- Developed design specifications for programs that automate PO rescheduling and automatic PO creation in SAP, minimizing buyer workload.

The Geon Company and OxyVinyl Chemicals Jul. 1999 – Dec. 1999- SAP supply chain expert responsible for the functional and technical design of the supply chain integration between vendor and customer SAP systems using WebMethods.- Guided Steering Committee members to define new business rules, key performance measures, role and skill set requirements, organizational changes, and future partner criteria.- Led design and functional configuration of demand forecasting, MRP, purchasing, and sales order processing scenarios within the integrated solution.- Completed detailed functional and technical designs of BAPI interfaces to WebMethods.Hoechst Celanese Mexico Nov.1998 - Jun. 1999- Led the supply chain and transportation teams implementing SAP v3.1H at 13 sites in Mexico. - Completed the detailed design, configuration, system test and conversion of the SAP MM.
