A demanding and highly adverse role requiring precision and dynamic responses. Responsible for all estates matters including maintenance, grounds, transportation and vehicle management, housekeeping, fire safety, first aid, lettings, logistics and health and safety.

Responsible for the holistic approach of operations within the business, dealing with clients directly and indirectly to achieve company standards and set targets.

A volunteer role whilst furloughed to help those in need during the pandemic. Assisted with the organisation procurement and delivery of food, general supplies and medication to vulnerable people and the oversight of accounts for the group.

Progressing through the company from Wedding and Events Manager, to Restaurant and Bars Manager and finally Food and Beverage Manager. I progressed through determination and hard work to become HOD and progress myself as well as the team I was responsible for.
