I have combined a management career with consultancy roles, working internationally across many industry sectors and technology solution areas. I have taken delight in developing and growing the capabilities of the people around me, encouraging diversity and helping others over achieve.A strong communicator both in formal and informal contexts, I have spent most of my career exploring the interaction between business and technology domains, identifying and translating strategy into business outcomes. From running start-ups to developing the global Adoption and Change Management consultancy practice in Microsoft, I have successfully navigated organisations both large and small and brought the energy, experience and innovative thinking that delivers successful change.I am no longer actively seeking work, having retired to focus on and enjoy the many non-corporate activities I am involved in.
