Working as a Senior Workforce Analyst at Citi required me to merge the historical analysis with real time inputs to manage the (600) staff portfolio for Citi mortgage collections. I worked within a Matrix-based reporting structure and was responsible for providing operations management reporting to the Director of Citi mortgage collections, along operations support to the (17) team managers of individual teams in that portfolio, and for the leadership team within my division. During my tenure here, I provided support to our leadership team that improved processes in the working environment, created a more data-driven working model, and performed audits based on individual, team, shift, and portfolio groupings to improve performance across multiple portfolios. I designed a system that automated a large portion of the workload for our team and allowed us to provide a higher level of service to our internal customers.
