Projects • Calvert Cliffs Nuclear Power Plant (Exelon): Provided design and QA services for the Electrical Distribution Reliability Improvement Project. Led or assisted in the development and review of the grounding plan and report, raceway and lighting plans, elementary wiring diagrams, and control wiring diagrams for switchboards and yard equipment.• Arkansas Nuclear One (Entergy): Conducted a detailed wiring check of the Auto-transformer Differential Relay Protection Upgrade, involving an extensive review of AC and DC schematics, connection diagrams, and wiring diagrams, and preparation of a design report.

Responsibilities • Developed one-line, schematic, switchboard, and equipment wiring diagrams in AutoCAD. Designed cable and conduit plan, control house layout, and other physical drawings.• Created specifications and bills of material for control house, switchboard, transformer, and circuit breaker manufacturers, and evaluated bid proposals for said equipment. • Performed electrical analysis and developed logic in acSELerator for SEL digital relays in differential and overcurrent protection schemes. • Functioned as the main point of contact with clients, contractors, manufacturers, suppliers, and others to ensure projects were completed on schedule and customer goals achieved. • Commissioned new construction, rebuild, retrofit, relaying and equipment upgrade projects for municipal and electric cooperative clients throughout the Southeast. Utilized Omicron software and hardware to perform acceptance and functional testing of field equipment and relaying.Projects • Took the lead in a 69kV transmission line breaker and switchboard replacement, updating electromechanical relaying to SEL while integrating seamlessly into an existing TVA control house. • Represented company at a control house manufacturer site visit and led a complete wiring inspection. • Collaborated with testing department to obtain soil resistivity measurements for future substation sites, gaining complementary knowledge of grounding design.

Assembled controls for industrial equipment using skills such as reading schematic diagrams, soldering and point-to-point wiring. Led QA efforts, resulting in superior customer satisfaction ratings and 98% on-time delivery rate.

I received hands-on training with the da Vinci Surgical System and assisted in teaching robotic surgery to new users.

As an intern, I assisted Dr. Patrick Culligan, M.D., Director of Urogynecology & Reconstructive Pelvic Surgery at Atlantic Health, and Professor of OB-GYN at Mount Sinai School of Medicine. I created several research databases to be used for ongoing studies and methods for research questionnaires to be securely delivered to patients via email. I also observed pelvic floor reconstructive surgery led by Dr. Culligan.
