As a dedicated Wall Sales Specialist I work with each client individually to help provide the right Architectural Wall solutions that fit their functional, budgetary, and aesthetic needs. Our goal is to provide our clients with an agile and flexible workplace that is sustainable and promotes employee wellness.

Coordination of Genius Wall projects, integrated with sales staff to provide full project management and serving as a single point to the customer from point of sale to project closeout.Work through projects sold direct and/or through dealer networks, with supporting and developing customer and sales relationships in additon to project completion

Manage and coordinate contract furniture installations throughout the greater Boston/New England Region, working across all of KI's product lines, including fixed seating, demountable wall, health care, and corporate furnishingsPrepare competitive and profitable installation quotes for sales staff and customers as well as negotiating installation quotes from subcontractors across all product types.Provide technical expertise and installation support to sales staff and customers, in addition to identifying and providing solutions for warranty related needs.

Conduct on-site quality inspections and supervise contract furnitureinstallations for various customers including government, education, health care, and commercial.Prepare detailed inventories and field reports of projects.Provide on-site coordination of projects including product delivery and installation, integration amongst other on site trades, and ensuring on time and correct completions.Develop vendor productivity and proficiency in product installation for all of KI's product types, including fixed seating and demountable wall.
