• Develop and organize documentation in the Atlassian suite• Handle all requests from Ad Ops and drive all conversations within Ad Sales and Ad Ops • Collaborate with our Ad Eng, Ops, Ad Sales, Video Experience, and other members of the fuboTV organization to refine functional requirements, determine priorities, and deliver business-critical projects • Maintain constructive working relationships with vendors at all levels of our advertising stack • Understand and document technical and functional requirements for new partner onboarding• Identify opportunities to develop software to help increase efficiency, visibility, and performance of our ad technology • Extract and aggregate data from a variety of sources into data warehouses • Improves processes and troubleshooting/integration tactics • Write SQL queries for reporting and troubleshooting purposes

· Lead the onboarding process with internal teams such as PR, Marketing, Ad Operations, Ad Sales, Video Engineering (linear/VOD), Platform, Operations, and Customer Care· Establish and maintain process/workflow and documentation of Linear and VOD onboarding for fuboTV and fuboNetworks· Maintain VOD Metadata spec and operations including testing, modifying, and working with internal/external partners to streamline workflows· Catalog delivery verification / Inventory reconciliation with internal and external partners· Attend, participate, and lead weekly meetings representing Delivery Operations (Video) to internal and external partners· Provider/partner relationship management and compliance audits while communicating gaps or missing expectations · Work with Content Acquisition team to support launch and onboarding of new content partners, affiliate broadcast partners, and programming partners· Drive operational processes and responses within VOD Infrastructure pipeline· Implement, test, and coordinate fuboTV’s blackout policies, DAI, and DRM requirements with internal/external partners· Develop and measure Content Operation KPIs and OKRs· Manage the launch of any content related changes including package and price changes, promos, bundles, and add-ons· Position the Delivery team at the forefront of onboarding and engagement opportunities with internal stakeholders· Collaborate with Product team on new features and functionalities to provide best customer experience

• Provide first line support to fuboTV customers, operations teams, and business partners with a mission to improve the reliability of the fuboTV platform.• Triage product questions, team actions, bugs and other issues to teams across fuboTV.• Write technical and educational resources for users and fuboTV teams. Consolidate notes from answering questions into reusable content.• Collaborate with fuboTV Product Engineers in the development and design of creative and reliable solutions for our customers.• Take part in a 24/7 on-call rotation to address mission-critical incidents as they arise, escalating as necessary to oncall teams and business partners

• Create overall project management documentation and work with the project team(s) to execute• Monitor day-to-day activities of entire project team and ensure work is progressing as planned.• Manage schedules, budgets, assets, and overall project organization to ensure requirements and project deliverables dates are clearly communicated, understood and executed upon• Ability to work across several projects or as the primary Project Manager on a large-scale engagement• Effectively and efficiently plan and prioritize all deliverables and resources working across projects based on scope of work and project goals• Actively monitor project risks and scope to foresee/identify potential problems and proactively identify solutions; identify refinement opportunities and deliver improvements• Consistently identify needs that clients may not recognize and ensure approaches and solutions are linked to objectives and future needs• Consistently manage client expectations, ensure delivery of the highest quality service, and solicit and act on client feedback• Document and communicate project status and strategic recommendations to clients, team members and senior management on a regular basis; escalate issues accordingly via the appropriate channels
