CurrentRegistered Professional Mechanical Engineer (PE) and Certified Building Commissioning Professional (CBCP).Construction Management: Consulting engineering services for projects during planning, design, construction, and post construction phases for the purpose of achieving objectives including the management of cost, quality, time and scope.Commissioning services: Verification of all subsystems for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire/life safety, building envelopes, interior systems, co-generation, utility plans, sustainable system, lighting, waste water, control, and building security achieve the owner’s project requirements as intended by the building owner and as designed by the building architects and engineer.Facility Inspections: On-site inspections, plan review and reports as well as Structural andMechanical evaluations to identify what aspects and installations of existing structures and facilities are not in compliance with current, local and federal codes.Engineering Design: Design and preparation of construction documents, including plans andspecifications for Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Plumbing and Energy Systems innew and retrofitted construction.Energy Consultation: Preparation of alternative and renewable energy system cost effectiveness studies, Energy related Federal Grant Application and studies, energy assessments and audits of existingfacilities, value engineering with respect to energy consuming mechanical systems such as building airconditioning and other energy efficiency opportunities.Clients include: NAVFAC OICC - Engineering Branch, GPA/GIAA, Agana Shopping Center, Acanta Mall, ect.
