Direct all aspects of Civil Engineering and Planning for land development and infrastructure projects. Duties include Proposal writing, contract execution, planning, zoning, design, report preparation, estimating, permitting, contract administration and project close out. Projects include:• Engineering Design Technologies, Inc., Marietta, Ga. -10/2012 to 05/2013. Responsible for the site design construction documents and specifications for the Fort Bragg Army installation Group Headquarters and Battalion Operations buildings in North Carolina. Coordinated Site design permitting, Architectural, Structural, HVAC and electrical construction documents and specifications.• Daigler Engineering PC, Grand Island, N.Y. - 07/2011 through 02/2012 (6 month contract). Conducted hydrologic, hydraulic and site engineering for C & D landfill projects. Assisted in the development of the CQA/CQC Plan, Contingency Plan, O & M Manual and the final Engineering Report for submittal to the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation for permitting.• Komatsu America Corporation, Cartersville, Ga. - 10/2009 to present. Developed Sediment and Erosion Control Plans for multiple locations within the development to bring Komatsu in compliance with NPDES and the City of Cartersville regulations. Continue to perform monthly inspections and plan revisions as needed by site conditions.• Southeastern Engineering, Inc., Marietta, Ga. - 12/2010 through 06/2011 (6 month contract). Developed plans and reports for rezoning, permitting and construction for commercial and residential developments. Performed inspections on the baggage conveyor systems for the Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airports new international terminal.• Logical Link, Inc., Bedford, TX. - 06/2011 through 07/2011. Conducted surveys to establish fiber optic telecommunication routes in and around the Atlanta, GA area.

Directed all aspects of client and team development to achieve company goals for the future success of the company. Maintained quality control of the site and infrastructure engineering product. Managed as many as 12 Engineers, Surveyors and Technicians. Began the Transportation Department to allow for diversification within the company. Stayed intimately involved in the activities associated with the Project Manager/Engineer role described below. Promoted the realization of company vision as it relate to Clients, Employees, Community and Suppliers.Integral part in developing the company vision and strategy for the future. Managed all aspects of land development and infrastructure projects.
