I have a very strong financial and management background with many years of experience with many years of combined experience in industry production, management, accounting, law, tax and transfer pricing, economics, HR, and IT. Back in the time appointed as a registered accountant by the Danish Authorities.Most of my career has been spent abroad with many years away from Denmark, mainly in China, England, and the US.For the last several years I have been in the top management of production companies, and I am a specialist in managing high growth while maintaining profitability, implementing the required processes and IT infrastructure, as well as having ongoing projects under control.The positions have included developing and implementing strategies for both organic profitable and growth as well as M&A's with several major acquisitions on the back. I am a hands-on team player and very good at taking care of and managing the tasks from a helicopter view without losing track. I'm what you can say to the loyal man of the company. Have nose for business and to get the best out of the company resources by optimizing the relevant processes and business processes. An important part of my management style is to motivate, lead and train my team to deliver extra, is and always very visible in the organization and good at collaboration across local and global organizations. I have also built up and streamline effective accounting departments around me. I have also for years overseen IT departments with implementation of various ERP software’s and other IT tools.The overseas employment has given me a deep understanding of foreign, Chinese and Asian cultures
