PAE International (Company Transitional Manager) for 4 international Honduran airports providing airport security, fire department and administration operations. PAE is a Los Angeles, California services firm which was part of a consortium for privatizing services for Honduran airports in Tegucigalpa, San Pedro Sula, LaCeiba, and Roatan)- Hired, developed, and organized services for the 4 fire departments (300 Firefighters), uniformed 4 Airport Security Services personnel operations (450) and airport administration - Instrumental in facilitating updating equipment and professional knowledge in the service areas provided by PAE. This included assuring training, uniforms and security checks on all personnel hired- Organized the identification card and security organization -registering close to 2500 airport security passes, while complying with US-FAA Airport Security Guidelines - Abridged and resolved communication problems between PAE English speaking personnel and the local Honduran Spanish speaking employees, government officials and local community. - Controlled costs to a minimum as a private enterprise.

USAID-Honduras (USA Department of State) in the administration solution center- Leader organizing and developing the ONE-STOP SERVICE department team for the USAID-Honduras Agency to provide, in one place, all services the agency needed in-country- Increased productivity of international transferees by decreasing their time lost seeking suitable housing; reduced average search from 4 months to providing assigned pre-approved residences- Organized and Managed local utilities services - ie: water, lights, phone, internet, in-house security services, alarm systems, facility maintenance for residences and USAID offices- Organized vehicle program and controls, and in house security issues - Re-Organized and directed the maintenance and services for 44 residences, 33 vehicles and motor pool services, plus 30-35 personnel providing those services, hand-held radio program for entire country- 80 radios/repeaters- Studied the agency's needs. Solution? Designed floor-plan for offices and contracted remodeling for the 7 story office building with 250 employees to improve working ambiance, efficiencies, lighting and costs; rewired the building, installed computers and in general, and improved functionality and ambiance, raising employee morale, all within the budget.- Monitored and oversaw the American Security Services Contractor in the USAID building hwere theft was frequent, solution? I installed security cameras and recorders at strategic places in the compound and reduced to zero the pilfering and security problems perpetrated by the local unsupervised personnel - Kept 250 employees functioning at the office and living at home through 18 months of 12-20 hour nationwide daily blackouts.Solution? Installed major supplemental energy generation sources at each residence. Extras: Designed and built commercial, innovative industrial show exhibits for local industries’ international trade shows with firms producing PVC pipe, textiles, and electronics assembly firms
