As Lead Preload Developer on Flex Systems Manager (FSM) appliance for PureSystems, frequently serve as triage expert for FSM. Regularly collaborate with test to provide requested features and resolve issues. Consistently recognized by management for ability to proactively decrease turn-around time and code errors. Key accomplishments/tasks include:★ Recruited by a tiger team to assist in single-chassis management issues; proved integral to the discovery of problematic behaviors as well as workarounds to resolve them; additionally, this was a gate to the Early Ship Program.★ Spent a week on-site with the State of Nevada, helping resolve FSM, POWER ITE, and V7000 issues under VP-level scrutiny. ★ Brought in to perform config pattern testing when it became obvious that test wasn't going to complete on time; found 20 defects in just days and was said to have done “the work of six testers”; identified a number of Sev 1 defects.★ On IBM executive request, played an integral role in the end-to-end training of IBM Greater China Group technical sales; developed original recovery documents, delivered training, and supported the ongoing use of these documents.★ Helped resolve issues with FSM-based discovery and management of the chassis management module and blades. ★ Devised methods of installing RHEV-H (Red Hat Enterprise Virtualization Hypervisor) and Director VM stack for use in manufacturing-level installations of the MCP virtual machine; this methodology was subsequently expanded for use in test organization installations. ★ Created an innovative and deadline-critical patch package in just one day that enabled networking when a new version of RHEV-H had a network driver that didn’t work with existing hardware.★ Developed a script which automated deployment/configuration of a VM, accelerating deployment and reducing user errors.★ Received the CTG “Above and Beyond” award (2011, 2012).

Built networked server/client environment for validation of IBM BladeCenter blades, switch modules, expansion cards, management module firmware, OSes, software, firmware, and drivers. Provided extensive testing on Cisco, BNT/Nortel, xSeries, and numerous other adapters, modules, and systems. Performed custom installations of RHEL (Red Hat Enterprise Linux), SLES (SUSE Linux Enterprise Server) and Windows Server 2003 and 2008 OSes. Diagnosed and resolved networking and server issues in both test environment and infrastructure, and served as a dedicated tester.

Provided systems administration and support to clients of Agilent Networks including Shaw University, medical supply companies, and publishing companies. Delivered remote administration of 400+ PCs across multiple networks.
