Led multiple cross-departmental and cross-functional teams in an enterprise wide project to convert home grown AS400 ERP system to industry leading software solution as part of Y2K project. Primary support person for all software systems working with internal associates, I.T. staff and software vendors identifying issues and implementing solutions.Key Projects:- “Request for Estimate” system to allow outside sales reps to input estimate requests via web page or windows application to improve speed of processing customer quoting needs.- “Work Request” system to consolidate and standardize all requests for multiple pre-production departments to improve visibility in volume of requests and status of each request.- “Scheduling Monitor” application to pull data from multiple databases into one consolidated auto-updating work schedule for each production machine on plant floor showing pertinent job information required.- “Plant Floor Labor Entry” system to allow labor and WIP material data to be input and tracked throughout job process to improve data integrity for job costing and inventory management.- “Works Instructions” system integrating job estimate information with special instructions from estimating group to produce work document for production operators to follow. Interface data to quality system to insure same data visible in all systems accessed by plant floor. Automate job changes to flow to all systems.

Responsible for design, specifications, programming, installation, and support of custom software systems to meet customer specific needs for a wide variety of business types including distribution, printing/packaging, legal, non-profit and manufacturing. Worked with teams of developers in addition to working independently depending on the project scope and customer needs.
