Assessment and Data processing statistical programmeActivities:-• Assess baseline data available and collect and compute indicators through statistical programmes from census and survey data on the following dimensions: Productivity, Infrastructure, and Quality of Life, Environmental Sustainability, Equity and Social Inclusiveness and Governance.• Production of tables related to the above indicators. • Synthesize primary and secondary data, including time series data from local urban observatories (LUO) and country and municipal statistical databases to produce a comprehensive data warehousing facility for selected cities. Compute the Basic CPI and the in- depth Contextualized CPI, selected citiesActivities:-• Based on the conceptual framework of the CPI and the methodology of the CPI compute the Basic City Prosperity Index, and the in- depth Contextualized CPI• Using time series data track Urban Indicators for monitoring of City Prosperity in selected cities. Report on in- depth Contextualized CPI, selected cities• Contribute to the finalization of the In-depth customized report and provide substantive comments to the documents prepared by other consultants with content and layout acceptable for publication.

Provision of advice on making a claim and the process involved; Collect accurate information and documents to proceed with a claim; Analyze the claim to ascertain it satisfies the policy conditions; Guide policyholders on how to proceed with the claim; Explain to policyholders when their claim is not covered; Contact approved tradespeople from a network of approved professionals to arrange for them to commence repairs on the policyholders property; Monitor the progress of the claim; Investigate potentially fraudulent claims; Liaise with solicitors as well as other legal and claims professionals in estimation of costs and then closely monitor and keep costs of record; Ensure fair settlement of a claim; Get advice from external specialists such as loss adjusters on complex cases; Ensure the customer is fairly treated and receives excellent service in accordance to the industry and company guidelines.

• Prospecting for clients for the provision of insurance and investment services and products including unit trusts, life insurance, monthly investment plans, education plans, General insurance, Retirement planning, offshore products etc. • Provide financial advice to clients according to their requirements and risk profile, as well as the performance of the specific portfolios • Carry out a detailed-fact find review of the potential clients and recommend appropriate insurance and investment products. • Maintain a regular follow-up with clients to maintain a strong customer service
