Responsible for Account & Project Management of Ascension Health Systems. Responsibilities included enterprise-wide implementations of the Emageon PACS solution for both the Radiology and Cardiology. As their CRD I had weekly direct contact with Ascension’s corporate leaders. Primary role was to establish, maintain and cultivate relationships at the Ascension hospital sites across the nation, and then provide executive reporting back to the Ascension corporate leaders. I organized and managed multiple implementation projects simultaneously, which included contract negotiations, resource management, and time management. Duties included development and maintenance of workplans, project logs (for Change Requests, Issues, Actions, Risks, Questions, and Assumptions). I facilitated weekly, bi-weekly and monthly project status meetings with all client locations, conducted reviews of Implementations Plans, Operations Support Guides and ensured that services that were proceeding through the project life cycle, milestones and quality gates.

Responsible for Account Management of Tenet HealthSystems. Responsibilities included enterprise-wide implementations of the Source Medical (ASP) application solutions involving Radiology and Surgery into remote TenetCare locations. I organized and managed multiple implementation projects simultaneously, which included contract negotiations, budget resource management, and time management. Projects often involved interface development, which crossed the line between inpatient and outpatient services. Duties included development and maintenance of workplans, project logs (for Change Requests, Issues, Actions, Risks, Questions, and Assumptions). I facilitated project status meetings, reviews of Implementations Plans, and Operations Support Guides. I also contributed to the standardization of the projects directory structure, notebooks and status reports. Role was to effectively ensure that a service proceeded through the project life cycle and completed all tasks, milestones and quality gates.

Enterprise-wide implementation of the EHS Point-of-Care software solution to over 70 Managed Care Organizations, and Independent physician owned practice sites. Managed full-scale multi-million and multi-thousand dollar Application Service Provider (ASP) and Turnkey network projects from a Project Manager position. Responsibilities involved contract negotiations, budget management, resource management, Physician practice management and electronic medical record consulting, end-user training, in-house and on-site support, application go live coordination, in-house and client documentation, quality assurance testing, and information systems recommendations such as purchases, configurations, move-add-changes, and usage over LANS and WANS through the use of Oracle databases and Citrix thin-client technology. Also performed executive level briefings, communications, and presentations to clients and internal Senior Management.
