Developing Siebel at Agricorp

Siebel Consultant doing data integration at Cancer Care Ontario..

Worked in Data integration and Client education of Siebel at a number of sites.

Provided alternatives to use of Siebel that allowed for proper deletion of antiquated data without damaging current applications. Resulted in increased efficiency in database access and allowed for better management of database growth.

Developed and built a process for managing and verifying the Seed Data for the Siebel applications. This resulted in less errors from inconsistent seed data in each of the environments allowing them to achieve milestones in the project more quickly. It also provided the client with a tool to be able to monitor the seed data in the final production.

Built a monitoring system that ensured all the environments are working as expected. This allowed for a quicker revision of the environment configuration and the ability to quickly stop and start components within applicationTools used were Perl, Siebel Utilities, Siebel Services, and Siebel Configuration all within Unix and Windows environments

Worked as a Field Consultant on a number of different projects (Bessemer Trust, Telus, SaskTel, TD, BMO)

Worked in the field as a consultant, assisting Clients with their configuration of Scopus. (Labatt, Ford)Siebel acquired Scopus in May 1998.

Started in Field support where I developed the Incedent tracking system.. Moved to Development manager of the Data Integration group, ading to the number of data sources that Huron Objectstar could work with. Later became a product planner, taking part in the product enhancement planning and execution.
