While I spent most of my career focused on food safety for the fresh produce industry and fresh cut operations, I have been able to apply my industry & supply chain knowledge into innovation and technology based solutions. My unique experience working as a buyer, director of food safety and at a global trade association has provided me with a comprehensive understanding of supply chain dynamics, regulatory compliance and industry collaboration, allowing me to effectively manage procurement processes, ensure product safety and advocate for best practices within the industry.
