Counselled and facilitated workshops for very diverse group of job seekers 55+ years of age. After an intake counselling session and needs assessment, participants were enrolled in a series of workshops and programs aimed at increasing their employability, reintegrating into the workforce, and ensuring they remain active and productive in the current labour market. The primary topics included Personal Management, Career Planning, Job Search and Communication/Conflict Resolution.
