CurrentWorking on behalf of various RTO’s & TAFE’s in Melbourne & China delivering & assessing the following:• Assessing Cert.IV Units in Small Business Management on Moodle• Assessing Diploma of Management Units on Moodle• Assessing Cert.2 Units in General Education on Moodle• Developing assessment material for Assessors• Cert. IV in TAA/TAE for TAFE & Private RTO’s• Cert. IV in Small Business Management• Diploma of Franchising for Franchisees (NSW, SA, QLD)• Human Resource Management & OH&S• Conduct RPL’s in different packages• Sounding Board Member assessing NEIS Small Business Plans• Mentoring people (12) one on one on the NEIS Scheme• Cert. I in Work Education for long term unemployed clients• Cert. I in Vocational Preparation for trade students at TAFE• Diploma of Management to international students (Melb.)• Cert. III in Business to international students in Melbourne• Delivering & assessing training in China for a total 32 weeks• Conduct AQTF Internal Audits, Quality Assurance & Moderation Reports• Recruit, supervise & train International Teachers in China
