Directing a PMO: Leading an organization responsible for wide-scale projects to improve and sustain safety performance; identifying and removing hazards and risk, and transforming safety culture. Ultimately, helping people work & live safely through a strong project management department. I have over 15 years experience in project management and running project based organizations to drive advancement of a wide variety of corporate goals. Areas I have contributed to include environmental and safety projects, IT efforts, cross-organizational development initiatives and regulatory processes such as the Public Utilities Commission required General Rate Case. Diversity and psychological safety are very important to me, how I lead, and how that influences others.
