Provide application and infrastructure planning as well as directing implementation of a COTS accounting ERP system for the Air Force Services Agency. This project consolidates the accounting and payroll functions for all Non-Appropriated Funds (NAF) Air Force wide servicing over 27,000 end users. This includes defining development and testing environments, creating criteria for managing interface development and code promotion in the Oracle 11i E-Business Suite as well as directing configuration of interfaces for the various external applications. Included was the design and implementation of SOA applications (Embarkadero DTStudio and Informatica Power Center). Leading a team of four developers, two configuration and communications managers, two six sigma black belt process analysts, a test engineer, an acquisition program manager, and a systems accountant all facets of implementation and deployment with this ERP project.

Administered network and security operations for a citywide, fractional T1 frame relay, WAN. This included one Unix and nine NT servers, as well as PSTN telephone, fax and copier support. Designed, installed, and administered network infrastructure improvements for security. Researched, procured and installed a new Electronic Medical Record system for three locations. This included configuration of routers and PIX security devices. Developed company-wide Information Technology network, security, and help desk policies.

This included network administration on three Unix Servers, 14 NT Servers, and the configuration of various Cisco routers. Coordinated PSTN telephone support.
