Follow up to ensure satisfactory completion.Report immediately any non-standard personnel or production issues to the vice-president, operations along with recommended solutions.Confer as necessary with maintenance or laboratory technicians to resolve maintenance or quality issues.Promote safety in the department and ensure that production personnel adhere to all safety regulations including the wearing of all essential personal protective equipment.Ensure that all production personnel are following food safety and personal hygiene practices.Order production related parts as necessary through e-requester for electronic approval.Provide written and oral positive and constructive feedback to employees on a regular basis in an effort to improve individual employee performance.Resolve production employee relations issues to maintain positive employee morale.Act professionally towards customers, vendors, and other visitors to the plant.Demonstrate reliable attendance, consistent punctuality and a positive attitude at all times.Perform other duties as assigned and required. -
