I've helped clients in major ways with their Tableau needs through some of the following deliverables on my end...- Personally shifting, redesigning, enhancing, and relaunching/publishing key business reports linked to their new data sources (a little over 75 and counting thus far, and that number grows each day >> one as large as 150+ tabs - which I reduced to 13 highly productive and focused tabs and one other notebook approved by multiple decision makers within their company)- Helping to establish Row-level Security (RLS) in reports.- Helping to create or refine data sets to increase performance across reporting.- Consulting on the creation of new reports while helping guide them through best implementation practices.- Training their employees in their internal Tableau User Group to multiply knowledge gains across the org.- Reviewed outside vendor data to help evaluate its application to their business.- Managing relationships with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement effective reporting to best meet the needs of their use cases.- All while having the opportunity to further apply my 14+ years of Tableau experience on numerous ad-hoc requests and getting to know their business model more and more with each project.

GentlemanREDUX.com was a blog dedicated to re-defining multiple lifestyle areas of gentlemanly conduct. This project let me explore my interests in blogging, planning, marketing, negotiation and so on - while introducing me to the world of web analytics. I wrote 1,000+ posts and developed a communication plan for that content which generated 7K-10K unique visitors/week on average. My Social Media efforts yielded 3,000+ Pinterest-, 700+ Twitter-, and 500+ Facebook Page followers. I negotiated site advertising terms with over a dozen organizations; attained a deeper working understanding of Google AdSense, AdWords & Analytics; and managed a small staff of writers and contributors across a variety of subject matter. I loved this passion project.
