During Mills tremendous growth of property holdings, through construction and acquisitions, led the CAD Services group charged to provided technical architectural and engineering products, in all phases of the facility lifecycle to support senior Mills’ staff to developing and managing large-scale retail centers worldwide. Implement corporate CAD Standards, Processes and procedures, tracked and manage project progress, coordinated as the client with A/E’s to ensure key data was folded into design documents. Successfully implemented document management system using Documentum. Successfully management, and coordination over 25,000+ electronic drawings covering over forty-two retail properties in all phases of development.

Led a multi year, multi-million dollar contract with Social Security Administration’s (SSA) Division of Architectural and Engineering Services (DAES). Primary duties where to be the front face to the client for Envisioneering, maintaining relationship, schedules, and new requests. Worked with other professional architects and engineers to provide additional services to SSA. In addition, collaborated with and co-wrote SSA’s National CAD Standard. Successfully managed multi-faceted projects at various regional facilities. Led teams performing engineering surveys of building and campus conditions to create base data for future A/E projects. Directly involved in writing proposals to government RFPs, monthly status reports, and high level briefings to senior staff.
