Responsible for all aspects of project reviews conducted by my team including: timely reviews and coordination of issue resolution with project teams. Enabled the project to get back on track by value management to get back into budget, managed financial & schedule risk by implementing decision milestone dates, developed a revised, achievable schedule. Team delivered project 1 month ahead of schedule & delivered all of the original required program scope in a state-of-the-art LEED certified building.Turned around $44M high-profile, multiphase, 16-building Tift College historic renovation not meeting design & construction delivery dates. Achieved Governor Perdue's goal by delivering the project 45 days ahead of the original schedule. Implemented life-cycle approach to project management, fostered proactive thinking, leading to early problem resolution, and ensuring completion of projects on schedule and within budget.
