Facilitated the liquidation of our Canadian distribution center by balancing inventory requirements to demand in both the US and Canada while minimizing inventory investments. Coordinated the revision of the Master Schedule to reflect achievable manufacturing dates.•Created department intranet web site: As “Content Administrator”- responsible for creating and maintaining web page content and layout while continually updating the site to provide news and information relevant to daily activity.

•Plan, purchase, and receive the materials necessary to maintain production and provide on-time delivery of finished goods. Work closely with production to ensure materials are scheduled to maximize production efficiencies while factoring in tooling and manpower limitations. Expedite and reschedule in reaction to customer demand changes.
