I successfully developed the prototype version into a fully functional processor. The ability to create sponsors and dependents is directly attributable to the efforts I made to implement, test and debug these business requirements. This effort required close communications with engineers in the data access and personnel subject areas domains. In this context a sponsor is an active duty serviceman, and a dependent is a person that derives benefits from the sponsor.

Test tool development to support network, waveform, and channel tests. JMS message generation, database tasking and configuration data development.• Verified scalability of multi-threaded deployment by analysis and in test simulation environment.The Modem Control Manager is the top-level dispatcher of services required to modem operations. It interfaces with the MP that provides tasking, and with the database that provides service configuration data. As the developer of MDM, I implemented and verified each version of the evolution of the MP-MDM interface. I also facilitated the development and usage of the service configuration database. As a byproduct of my unit testing I developed an integration-level test tool that was instrumental in the test of all the lower level Modem Processor threads, network waveform, channel, etc.
