Engineering and operational responsibility for Alltel’s interexchange network, which provided long distance and wholesale bandwidth services for our converged network.SS7 Engineering and operations support of the converged SS7 and advanced signaling network systems including SMS, CNAM, and push to talk networks.Major Accomplishmnets include: Spin-off of wireline network (Windstream), greenfield build of new data core and SS7 networks, along with the creation of supporting operational organizations.
