Retired from the U.S. Army after 32 years of service as a Brigadier General from Williamsport, Pennsylvania and a 1987 graduate of the United States Military Academy and an Army Aviation Officer. Currently resides in Keller, Texas and works for Bell as Director, Advanced Programs and Weapon Systems Integration. Part time I also work for Victory Strategies as an executive coach and facilitator assisting companies and leaders find their true potential. Before working for Bell, I served as a Highly Qualified Expert for the Department of Defense coaching and teaching senior leaders in the art and science of mission command and leadership fundamentals. Prior I was a Middle East expert and Senior Associate with Booz Allen Hamilton. My last military duties included the Deputy Chief of Staff Operations, Multinational Corps Northeast (NATO) located in Szczecin, Poland where he directed Joint Operations for the NATO Corps and maintained U.S. strategic imperatives across North-Eastern Europe. Prior he was the Assistant Deputy Commander .– Sustainment, 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault) and Assistant Land Force Commander - Sustainment and Training, Operation Resolute Support, Iraq, where he managed theater logistics, sustainment, and base development. A few of my key duty assignment also included Executive Assistant to the 18th Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff where he assisted the Chairman in articulating independent military advice on strategic policies to the President of the United States and Secretary of Defense from 2015-2017. Also had a number of contingency deployments to include tours of duty to Haiti for humanitarian support; three years of combat operations in Iraq and one year in Afghanistan. I was an Apache (AH-64D) pilot with over 500 combat hours. I hold a Bachelor of Science degree from the United States Military Academy in Economics, a master’s degrees from Webster University in Human Resources, and in National Security Strategy from the United States National War College.
