I started my career practicing law before moving to grocery retail where I've led large teams at Walmart, Ahold Delhaize Peapod, eGrocer Farmstead, Whole Foods and C&S. As a former collegiate athlete, attorney and grocery executive, I am experienced at standing up new capabilities, elevating team performance and leading large cross functional teams to build a modern strategy. Ive led multiple functions including executive roles with P&L for $4B in private label, $2B in branded center store, $500M in fresh and omni-channel.I've leveraged my unique background to identify trends, create compelling storylines, evolve assortment, source better, negotiate contracts, and build creative strategies to grow business units into modern grocery.
