As a young gymnast during the Soviet Union, he trained six days a week, twice a day under the professional coaches. In 2005, he completed the program of Sports Leadership Development in one of the university towns in South Africa. This experience gave him the vision to visit 50 countries to train global leaders on health and fitness, sports management, and leadership. He has three certifications with comprehensive fitness programs such as MORR and CrossFit. After completing Viktor Frankl Institute of Logotherapy, he became Diplomate Philosopher. Together with his wife and four children, he lives and operates in Houston, Texas. He renovated his garage into a fully equipped gym to workout with friends and families three days a week. His role with Totalfit is Chief Strategy Officer.
