As a Student Assistant, I assisted with office and student activities for 5000+ students in college in the undergraduate division. I assisted with orientation for 1400+ incoming freshmen in addition to transfer students from different institutions. I answered and assisted with phone calls and questions about academic policies and admission to the Moore school. I managed and updated student records to prepare for orientation and academic term/year. Also, I provided support to incoming students; help with class schedule, registration, academic policies, etc.

As an intern, I assisted with development and management of new customer accounts for newly established financial planning company. In addition I reconciled account statements for over 120 clients to ensure accuracy. I helped increased processing speed by implementing new accounting and organizational strategies. Provided marketing assistance by overseeing social media initiatives to increase local promotion.
