I was CFO/COO for the first six years of my tenure at Upward Farms, and then COO for the last two. Accomplishments during this time:- Raised $150 million in equity- Helped grow company from 0 full time employees to over 100- Supported the CEO on implementing internal processes including OKRs, 1:1 guidelines, and communication norms.- Managed operations team covering farming, aquaculture, delivery, facilities, QA, safety, and procurement. - Developed go to market strategy, financial model, business plan- Achieved highest per store sales in Whole Foods Market NYC for packaged salad, our core product- Certifications earned: USDA Organic, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Best Aquaculture Practices (BAP)
