Johnny Chen, Is a green architect at heart. Johnny received his Masters in Architecture from Harvard Graduate School of Design and worked professionally in the Boston Area for 6 years before returning to Taiwan. There Johnny established Segreene Sustainable Design and Consulting (of which he is the president) and also Enertek Inc. for which he is the CEO.With more than 60 green building projects to his credit and years of experience Johnny Chen is a green project designer, coordinator, and integration specialist.He has managed extremely complex large scale building projects applying his green management talents. He emphasizes reducing energy consumption while maximizing output, high water use efficiency, maximum utilization of green materials, sustainable site environment and the quality of the interior environment for all of his projects.Johnny Chen is devoted to promoting the green design philosophy in Taiwan and internationally. He is an active participant in many non-profit “sustainable & green oriented” organizations. Currently he is the Chairman of Taiwanese Green Collar Association. In addition to these credits Johnny is a LEED Fellow and PMP (Project Management Professional). Johnny resides in Taipei but travels worldwide for his projects.
