Production planning, material control and daily shipping arrangements 6. New product introduction and DFM feedback to customer, deliver proto samples to customer for verification, new product ramp up readiness7. BU operation metrics —— regular review of revenue attainment, inventory, E&O, MRB, bone pile, ETE yield improvement, on time shipping rate and etc...8. Customer visit arrangement, and customer satisfaction tracking9. Leading CFT (customer focus team) in daily operation to fix internal operation issue and meet customer requirements10. CFT staff recruitment, training and management skill development to meet businesses requirements11. BU P &L review and actions track
