I am the Product Manager for Vimab BESS battery and EMS solution. The solution is used both for storing produced energy, reducing peak loads, or participating in the market for ancillary services. Vimab BESS is a balancing responsible party and part of Vimab Group, which enables a complete solution with battery systems, project planning, installation, service, as well as management of trading and services. Trading and services include everything from frequency trading to imbalances and electricity trading. The target audience consists of large industrial customers and energy producers both in Sweden and internationally. My role is very versatile. My responsibilities include, among other things, contact with battery suppliers, pricing, cost planning, market monitoring, leading cross-functional teams, and developing business strategies. An important part of the role is to be the company's hub for customer needs, market trends, and technology choices, both in Sweden and internationally. To succeed in this role, one needs to follow trends in a rapidly changing industry and quickly make the right choices regarding technology, pricing strategies, and services.

I was part of the product management team for Nilar's ReOx batteries, which are used as a safe and environmentally sustainable energy storage solution. The primary target group is commercial and industrial property owners, where the batteries are used to store solar energy, reduce peak loads, or participate in the ancillary services market. My responsibilities included creating transparent pricing and cost structures, monitoring market trends, designing product strategies, leading cross-functional teams, and developing business strategies. A key aspect of the role was representing the company to customers and the market. To succeed, I needed to quickly grasp new or complex concepts and translate them into easily understandable information. This information was then communicated to various stakeholders, such as customers, management teams, or the development department.

I was the product manager for both ConverLight Dynamic, Static and Energy. Dynamic is an innovative solar control glass based on unique electrochromic foil technology. The foil's dynamic properties contribute to energy efficiency and increased comfort in buildings. The flexible foil also provides sustainable production and distribution. Static is a static insulating glass tailored to meet the customer's requirements. The Energy series consists of solar cells in different colors and patterns to create unique designs for solar cell facades. All products are primarily aimed at commercial real-estate owners. My role was very versatile. My areas of responsibility included creating price and cost structures, strategic positioning, data analysis and business development. As an expert and member of the sales team, the role also involved a supporting role. This meant project management, customer meetings, production documents and technical support. I was also responsible for the website, managing marketing materials and managing social media initiatives.

I was the Technical Product Manager for ConverLight Dynamic. It consists of dynamic solar control glass and building automation systems. The dynamic glass uses a unique electrochromic foil technology. Among other things, I was responsible for technical performance and project management. Where project management meant development-, installation- and commissioning projects. This involved contact with customers, partners and subcontractors to ensure successful project outcomes.

I was the project manager for the development of the company's first commercial automation system. I was also responsible for energy calculations and the development of test and control algorithms. I was the inventor of the control algorithm patent used in the product.
