As a Customer Success Manager, I am experienced in ensuring that our clients are able to effectively utilize our technology to meet their business needs. My role includes working closely with our clients' IT teams to understand their unique challenges and goals, and then tailoring our technology to help them achieve success. I also collaborate with cross-functional teams internally to drive product development and implementation efforts that align with client needs. With my deep understanding of technology and experience in customer success, I am dedicated to driving client satisfaction and retention.When I'm not busy helping customers, you can usually find me tinkering around with video game development. I'm definitely not a pro, but I love learning new skills and techniques, and experimenting with different game engines and programming languages. Making video games is a fun hobby of mine, and I love the challenge of creating something that's both unique and enjoyable to play.I am currently open to new opportunities and willing to take on new challenges, whether that be in my professional role as a Customer Success Manager, or a slightly new role such as Technical Account Manager, Implementation Specialist, or Sales Executive!
