Mr. Hebert has 40 years of professional experience as a geologist including solving complex problems and an ability to motivate technical teams in finding innovative solutions to reduce risks to clients. His environmental experience is extensive and includes identifying, characterizing, and assessing environmental impacts to soils, groundwater and sediments. Regulatory areas of knowledge include solid and hazardous wastes and compliance with RCRA, CWA, SARA, TSCA, All Appropriate Inquiry (Phase I/II ESAs), SDWA, USTs, NEPA, wetlands, and a number of other federal and state regulations. Mr. Hebert works closely with both state agencies and with industry with experience in pulp and paper, lead smelting and foundries, pipelines, upstream oil and gas, specialty chemicals, and refineries. Mr. Hebert works with clients to manage risks and liabilities in a proactive manner that allows them to incorporate compliance into day-to-day operations.For the last 12 years, Johnny has become an expert in conducting National Environmental Policy (NEPA) reviews for disaster recovery projects funded as the Prime contractor for the State of Louisiana administering HUD funding and Community Block Development Grants.
