At Ramboll (formerly ENVIRON International) Johnny leads a multi-disciplinary team of professionals solving some of the most complex environmental problems facing both industry and local governments. He is a geologist/hydrogeologist with expertise in contaminant studies as they relate to property transactions or financing and regulatory requirements under CERCLA, RCRA, RECAP and emergency releases. Mr. Hebert uses in-depth understanding of various laws and regulations for assisting firms achieve and maintain environmental compliance with respect to solid and hazardous wastes, oil spill prevention and planning, drinking water, storm water and industrial discharges, wetlands delineations and permitting, US Army Corps of Engineers permitting, NEPA evaluations for disaster recovery funding, historical and cultural resources studies, floodplain analyses, alternative sites evaluations, coastal zone impacts analyses, community "Right-to-Know" requirements, biological evaluations, and a number of other federal, state and local environmental and safety regulations. Johnny was one of the founders of Catholic Community Radio and serves as Vice President and morning show host on "Wake Up" for the past 8 years. Catholic Community Radio was founded as a means to teach the beauty and truth of the Catholic faith in an educational, entertaining and uplifting manner over the radio and new forms of digital media. Beginning with a few hours of programs on a local station, Catholic Community Radio acquired WPYR (AM 1380) in Baton Rouge and then WQNO (formerly WTIX) in New Orleans with state-of-the-art studios. This has now grown to a full time staff led by David Dawson as the President with future licenses granted for low power FM stations in south LA.

Mr. Hebert was one of the highest rated geologists in both firms due to his rigorous and detailed methods and team collaboration with geophysicists and reservoir engineers.
