Johnny launched Skills Certified in 2016 in order to help people across multiple industries convert their work experience into a nationally recognised qualification.The company realised that many people had gained valuable skills and experience throughout their career, but they didn’t have any qualifications to show for it.To solve this problem, Skills Certified created a program that allows workers to apply for nationally recognised qualifications that can be used for licensing, immigration purposes, and more.Today, the company has grown to become the market leader in the skills recognition space, helping thousands of people gain new qualifications.As Managing Director, Johnny provides strategic guidance to the business in order to support the existing operation and deliver future growth.After the success Johnny had with Skills Certified, he decided to leverage his experience in the call centre industry to launch a second business, ASTIA.

Peakbound also helped ANZ Wealth grow from a small start-up to a company that employed over 160 people.As Operations Manager, Johnny played an integral role in the rapid growth of the business.He provided strategic planning, managed financial performance, monitored compliance, and fostered important business relationships.After working with Peakbound for over five years, Johnny felt it was time to use his industry experience to launch his own businesses.
