At the present, I am fully engaged in an MSW Program Online with Walden University. I am also working full time as a case manager II, working with clients in full service partnership, assisting clients in developing healthy relationships for additional Resource Homes in the Bay Area. Volunteering with both Suncrest Hospice and Kaiser Permanente, my focus has been on providing empathetic companionship and customer service excellence. My recent tenure as a Field Service Technician with CVS Health has honed my abilities in managing retail technology systems, ensuring the smooth operation of POS, pharmacy peripherals, and other computer equipment across various locations.Leveraging communication and networking skills, the dedication to enhancing the customer experience remains paramount. My mission is to empower our clients and customers by delivering reliable solutions and fostering positive interactions, even in the most challenging technical scenarios.
