- Worked alongside partners in Alaska and Jet Blue to optimize the strategy for the new West Coast & Northeastern Alliances. Optimization included presenting analysis relating to the additional operational requirements needed in major airports in order to decrease connectivity times and increase the value of the partnerships.- Evaluated potential new partnerships with various international carries and structured base case revenue sharing agreements based on detailed analysis outlining the benefits to both AA and the potential future partner- Compared commercial operations of various international carries to identify the strongest fit for our commercial product amongst various potential international partners for specific regions.

- Lead analyst responsible for preparing 5 year forward looking P&L that is presented at quarterly BOD meetings by finance leaders- Work with Network Strategy & Fleet Planning to assess the impact of fleet changes on the outer years of the P&L, overall airline capacity and how it will impact the company's KPIs.- Manage cash flow statement for current and outer years. Work closely with Treasury department to assess the impact of financing decisions on external guidance regarding liquidity, free cash flow and net debt. This included a detailed FFP and Cobrand forecast based on inputs from the loyalty team.• Reformed working capital forecasting to address short term liquidity visibility during the COVID-19 crisis.- Project spanning all areas of accounting and division finance, to tighten our working capital forecasts, ensuring an accurate short-term liquidity position so that urgent financing requirements were clear. - Built the company’s Air Traffic Liability forecast using inputs from sales, customer experience, revenue management, and accounting modeling to account for outstanding travel credits, which had a material impact on the companies financing needs. The new outputs were used on multiple earnings calls and used in business decisions regarding refund policy, capacity, and revenue strategy in 2021.• Boeing 737-MAX grounding.- Responsible for coordinating with the senior leadership team of Network Strategy, Crew Scheduling, and Fleet Planning to assess the next steps in dealing with the grounding of the 737 MAX fleet.- When conflicts between groups arise, such as crew scheduling flexibility vs. optimizing our fleet output, we perform analysis on each decision's impact and each leader's concerns, eventually presenting the findings to senior leadership along with recommendations on how to proceed.

 Responsible for supporting division finance teams, specifically Cargo, International, Regional and Customer Experience Finance Managing & creating financial models to reflect the company’s operational performance and its impact on financials. Performing ad-hoc analysis used by senior leadership across multiple projects including the impact of grounding of the 737-Max aircraft which demanded accurate and speedy reporting that needed to be flexible to changes in regulatory rulings Work with other business units in developing plans for both revenue and network strategy. Managing the prelim budget process for Operating Budgets and presenting the prelim budget to the CFO and other finance leaders.
