As a Right of Way agent with Sendero Acquisitions, I work with multiple clients on numerous contracts that we hold with the Texas Department of Transportation. Daily I work with our clients to to provide guidance and support during the acquisition and/or relocation process. I am in charge of large scale personal property relocations in which I organize and submit all necessary forms to the client and in turn, submit those forms for approval and payment for the appropriate claims.As a liaison to TxDOT, I provide valuable service to our clients and project managers via a good work ethic and organization.

As a realtor for Sendero Properties LLC., I stay in contact with clients in order to keep them up to date on available homes that meet their criteria. I represent both buyers and sellers in real estate transactions in which I provide expertise on market trends and excellent customer service. I write and negotiate real estate contracts and offers, schedule property showings, and give real estate advice to clients and potential clients.

As territory manager I grew relationships with new and existing customers to achieve sales goals. Provided insight into new products and services that were available. I worked with customers on a daily basis to provide product quotes, and to provide expertise on current products in order to ensure their continued business. I maintained contact with customers via email, phone calls, and in person sales.

As warehouse manager my responsibilities included, assisting walk in customers with finding the product that would fulfill their needs, on base deliveries, inventory management including overseeing and controlling of the ordering, and storage of the products that our customers required, and the administration of business processes related to customer orders for product, using our proprietary POS and online order management system.

I started my career at Elliott Electric as a delivery driver/warehouse assistant, in which I made local and long distance deliveries of products to customers at job sites. I kept good relationships will all customers that I came in contact with. I was promoted to Counter Sales. Using Elliott Electric Supply’s own Point of sale system I managed customer orders, insured timely deliveries, provided product proposals, and dealt with customers over the phone and in person. I advised customers of the benefits of new and improved products as well as the cost savings that those products would provide. I was promoted to quotations where I handled very large job quotations, by reading blue prints, and gathering information on the electrical components of the plans. I stayed in touch with factories requesting quotes for various types of products. I provided bids for said jobs in accordance with the bid requirements.
